Art in Negotiation Workshop
In 2003 Columbia University’s study of Heidi vs. Howard identified how women and men can be perceived differently by using the same negotiation strategies. Scotwork is an authority on negotiation skills development and has spent time focusing on helping women navigate the negotiation table.
Dell EMC’s Women in Action has partnered with Scotwork to bring you a snapshot of their larger program. This 3-hour workshop will give women and men an understanding of the gender perceptions in negotiations and help you learn:
